Our Terms and Conditions

1. Bookings: We would advise in the first instance that all bookings are provisional until confirmed by City Cottages. We are unable to accept more than the maximum number of people shown in the letting particulars for each property.If after completing the booking Form you wish to change the size of your party, you should advise us prior to your arrival. Bookings are from Friday to Friday unless stated otherwise. Access to the properties is from 3.00pm on the day of arrival, with vacation by 10.00am on your day of departure. Holiday cottage bookings are for residential purposes and no commercial activity should take place. Keys for the properties are via a Keysafe. You will receive the code for the keysafe and directions to the apartments on receipt of your final payment.

2. Payments: A deposit of 25%of the booking fee deposit is payable to secure the booking. The balance is due in full six weeks before the start of the holiday. Full payment of the holiday is required at the time of booking when this is within six weeks of the start of the holiday. Once your completed Booking form and deposit has been received, we will write and confirm your booking and the date when the balance of the payment is due.

3. Holiday Cancellation: You should notify us immediately by telephone should you consider it necessary to cancel your holiday and this should be followed by written confirmation of the cancellation. Every effort will be made to re-let the cottage, and if we are successful you will receive a full refund, less an administrative charge of £30 per booking. If we are unsuccessful in re-letting the cottage you will be liable to pay the full cost of the holiday, whether or not the final balance of the cost has been paid at the time of cancellation. You are advised to insure against this eventuality. Further details can be provided of appropriate insurers on request.

4. LOSS OR DAMAGE Any loss or damage to equipment should be notified to us in order that replacement or repairs can be carried out. Only in the event of the repair or replacement costing in excess of £50 would we look to recover the cost.

5. CLEANLINESS: On your arrival the Cottages will have been thoroughly cleaned between Lets and Beds ready made. Visitors are asked to leave the properties in a reasonable state of cleanliness.

6. PETS NO Pets are allowed at City Cottages

7. SMOKING Is not permitted in any of the Holiday Cottages

8. SERVICES Heating, Electricity and Wi Fi and Sky TV are all included in the price of the property. Linen and Towels are also provided. Guests staying for 2 weeks, Clean Bed Linen/Towels are available on request.
